What’s Good?
Problem solving is a form of creativity, something I’ve had a lifelong relationship with beginning with music. From closeted finger paintings to late night sketches destined for the garbage, I developed confidence in my ability and began selling the Friendly Freet stickers at local skate shops. Those designs led to the postcards and canvas prints I sell now, which led to my first freelance logo design project, and the sequence progressed - continually building myself and my art in unison - to where I am now.
I want to be better than the ‘me’ yesterday, and so much of my creative problem solving and design execution stemmed from a goofy smiling apple. Which is why it doesn’t matter if it’s a happy client with a functioning logo or commissioned artwork, it still gives me a feeling of giddy happiness knowing someone enjoys and values the things I can create.
